Service Description
Deeply healing and relaxing sound healing is a great session to rejuvenate and restore peace back into all areas of our lives. Whether we have experienced it before or not it is one treatment I highly recommend and is something I have worked with for over 10 years. Sound is so simple yet so effective for supporting: Body physically with those in discomfort or pain. Emotional disease from sadness, anxiety, stress, fatigue and more. Mental clarity Relaxation Better sleep Inspiration and vitality Connection Children and babies This is a treatment for absolutely anyone! A simple way to look at sound is through energy and vibration which we all are. Our bodies are primarily made out of water and when we work with Sacred Sounds from singing bowls, drums, rain sticks, gongs and much more these are vibrated through our bodies supporting it where is needed. We will work with lots of different instruments during this session depending on what is needed for that time.
